Instructions

  1. Add the peppermint and lemon balm leaves to the grain after washing. If you like it even more fruity, you can also add a little lemon peel (not too much, otherwise it will be bitter!). Add sugar and shake.
  2. Let rest for 6-7 days (taste test) and filter off.
  3. Tastes very good after a meal but also on other occasions.
