Wash and core the peppers and cut into large pieces. Let the olive oil get hot in a sufficiently large pan and fry the paprika in it for about 5 minutes. Then add the garlic slices, chopped herbs and capers and fry for a few minutes. At the end, season with coarse sea salt, crushed pepper and, depending on your taste, with a splash of fresh lemon juice. Serve warm on a platter and, if necessary, drizzle again with very high quality olive oil.
