Ingredients

  • 3 peppers, colored or one color
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth, or coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • Sea salt, coarse
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper, crushed
  • 1 splash lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the peppers and cut into large pieces. Let the olive oil get hot in a sufficiently large pan and fry the paprika in it for about 5 minutes. Then add the garlic slices, chopped herbs and capers and fry for a few minutes. At the end, season with coarse sea salt, crushed pepper and, depending on your taste, with a splash of fresh lemon juice. Serve warm on a platter and, if necessary, drizzle again with very high quality olive oil.
