Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s), cut into small cubes
  • 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 2 medium onion (s), finely diced
  • Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste, 3-fold concentrated
  • 250 ml poultry stock, possibly instant
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons pepper, green, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chicken breast cubes all around. Add the onions and season with salt and pepper. Dust the contents with flour, sweat briefly, add tomato paste, pour in the stock and stir in sour cream and green pepper. Bring everything to the boil, season if necessary and serve sprinkled with chives.
  2. Ribbon noodles are enough as a side dish.
