Soak toasted bread or rolls in water for about 5-10 minutes.
Peel, wash and cut the onion into small cubes. Wash, core and cut the peppers into small cubes. Mix the minced meat with the onions, the eggs and the well-squeezed bread. Knead in the paprika in portions, seasoning with salt, pepper, chilli and chopped parsley. Form meatballs from the mixture.
Sear the meatballs for 30-60 seconds on the highest heat setting and then fry them for about 10 minutes, turning them several times on a medium setting, depending on the degree of browning you want.
You can also eat potato salad or simple jacket potatoes with tzatziki.
