Prepare the rice as usual. Chop the onion, Debreziner and the vegetables into small pieces.
Fry the onions in a little oil, add the sausage and vegetables and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste and the canned tomatoes, add a little water if necessary. Let simmer for a few minutes, but the pepper pieces should still have a bit of bite. Finally, mix in the rice and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Also tastes very good with zucchini instead of spring onions.
