For the dough, put the flour in a bowl. Make a well in the flour. Crumble the yeast in there. Milk, egg and water with it. Add a pinch of salt, oregano and a splash of olive oil.
Knead until the dough comes off your hands and cover and let rise for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Then process, cover and bake the dough as usual.
The stated amount of ingredients is sufficient for a large baking sheet or up to 5 pizza trays (26 cm diameter).
