Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and the liquid and cut into small pieces. Put in a tall container. Wash, dry and add the basil, also the pine nuts, ricotta, garlic, parmesan and olive oil. Puree everything with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  2. Now cook the pasta, mix it with the pesto and you have a fine meal in no time.
