Defrost the shrimp, if it is necessary to peel it. Remember that if the shrimp is not peeled, you will need more, because you need to put 250 g in the paste.
Boil a large amount of water in a saucepan, season with salt. Boil the spaghetti until al dente. Throw the finished spaghetti in a colander, keeping about 50 ml of water in which the pasta was cooked.
Peel the garlic.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic until golden brown. Then take out the garlic.
Place the shrimp in a skillet and fry, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, add the spaghetti water.
Put ready-made spaghetti and pesto sauce with shrimps.
Stir everything until smooth, the whole pasta should be covered with pesto sauce. Sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan on top.
