Instructions

  1. Knead all the ingredients for the dough into a smooth dough and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. For the filling, beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually pour in the sugar and briefly stir in all the other ingredients. Mix the egg yolks with the milk.
  3. Roll out the dough 2-3 mm thick, cut out round cookies with a diameter of approx. 5-7 cm. Put a small pile of filling on each, and brush the edges with the thinned egg yolk. Fold the dough up on three sides and press together so that cones are formed.
  4. If necessary, brush the outside with the rest of the egg yolk as well.
  5. Bake at 180 ° C for about 12-15 minutes.
