  1. Cut the apple, pear and radish into small pieces and place in a large bowl with the salad. For the dressing, put honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard, oil and yoghurt in a jar, shake well and pour over the salad, mix in the nuts and chopped onions, parsley and chives, season with salt and pepper
