Ingredients

• 500 g sheep cheese
• 2 chilli pepper (s), red, pickled (piri - piri)
• 2 sprigs thyme
• 2 sprigs rosemary
• 0.5 ½ lemon (s), sliced
• Pepper - grains, colorful
• 1 handful olives, black and green
• Oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

1. All ingredients are nicely layered in a sealable mason jar. Add enough sunflower oil to cover all the ingredients with the oil. Let it steep in a dark and cool place for at least three days. Then use the seasoned oil for salads.
