Cook the potatoes as jacket potatoes in salted water and peel them off after cooling.
In a large bowl, mix Miracel Whip with cream and milk to a liquid sauce and season with garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in the 8 herbs or parsley.
Place all of the jacket potatoes in the bowl, making sure that they are covered in sauce. If necessary, spread the sauce over the potatoes with a tablespoon. Let it steep overnight.
