Ingredients
- 6 potato (s)
- 1 glass Miracel Whip
- Garlic, fresh or as a powder
- 1 packet herbs, frozen (8 herbs or parsley)
- 1 cup cream
- some Milk
- salt and pepper

- Cook the potatoes as jacket potatoes in salted water and peel them off after cooling.
- In a large bowl, mix Miracel Whip with cream and milk to a liquid sauce and season with garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in the 8 herbs or parsley.
- Place all of the jacket potatoes in the bowl, making sure that they are covered in sauce. If necessary, spread the sauce over the potatoes with a tablespoon. Let it steep overnight.
- Fits for grilling or for cold and warm buffets.
