Ingredients

  • 3 kg zucchini
  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 4 pepper (s), red and / or yellow
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons mustard seeds
  • 4 teaspoons turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 3 cup / s sugar
  • 4 cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into half slices (remove the inside for larger ones). Mix everything and let it steep overnight. Fill into glasses and boil at 90 degrees for 30 minutes.
  2. You can also use green peppers, it just doesn`t look so great in terms of color, since zucchini is already green.
