  • White cabbage – 1 kg
  • Carrots – 100 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Hot pepper – 0.5 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 80 ml
  • Vinegar 9% – 100 ml
  • Salt – 25 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Allspice peas – 5 pcs.
  • Water – 500 ml

  1. Let’s prepare the marinade. To do this, boil water with the addition of sugar, salt and peppercorns.
  2. Pour in the oil, hold it for a couple of minutes. Turn off the heating and pour vinegar into the marinade. Let’s stir.
  3. Grate the carrots.
  4. Chop the cabbage.

  5. Chop the garlic and hot pepper.
  6. In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables.
  7. Wash the cans with soda. We will distribute vegetables to the banks.
  8. Fill the cabbage with slightly cooled marinade. We close the jars and put them in the refrigerator for 12 hours. But even after a couple of hours you cannot tear yourself away from such cabbage!
