Ingredients
- 1 head white cabbage
- 2 carrot (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 chilli pepper (s)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 1 liter water
- 350 ml vinegar (7-herb vinegar)
- 500 ml oil

- Clean the cabbage and peppers and cut into small squares and slice the carrots. Peel and quarter the garlic. Put the vegetables in a saucepan.
- Bring the water, salt, sugar and vinegar to the boil, add the oil. Remove from heat immediately and pour over the vegetables. Stir everything well.
- Put a weight on it so that the vegetables are in the water and let stand overnight. The vegetables are ready to serve the very next day.
