Instructions

  1. Wash the herbs and shake dry. Peel the garlic cloves. Clean and wash the tomatoes and then rub dry. Cut the olives into slices. Drain the mozzarella balls.
  2. Put everything together with the salt, peppercorns and the bay leaves in a mason jar. Pour the olive oil over them. Close the jar and let everything stand for about 12 hours.
  3. Serve the mozzarella balls with bread and a salad.
