Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into slices and the onions into rings. Mix the tomato ketchup with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Layer the meat, onions and sauce in a baking dish, leave to stand for approx. 24 hours. In the oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour. Baguette goes well with it.
