Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg pork neck, detached from the bone
  • 1 ½ bottles tomato ketchup
  • 500 g veetable onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Tabasco
  • 0.5 ½ glass pepper, green, pickled
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into slices and the onions into rings. Mix the tomato ketchup with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Layer the meat, onions and sauce in a baking dish, leave to stand for approx. 24 hours. In the oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour. Baguette goes well with it.
