This recipe is intended to make little pigs out of it, possibly for children`s birthdays or something similar. Most of the time, however, I only form small rolls out of it. Very quick and very tasty!
Mix the quark, milk, germ oil and sugar well. Mix in half of the flour and baking powder, knead in the remaining flour.
Sprinkle the table top with flour and roll out the dough. Cut out two round discs with a glass and make a third, smaller circle for the nose.
Halve one of the large circles and press it diagonally against the head at the top. Press on the smaller circle as a nose.
Bake: 20 minutes at 175 degrees. Depending on the desired tan and the thickness of the form. Mine usually need a bit shorter.
You can then use sugar pearls or smarties as eyes and / or nostrils for the pigs.
