Ingredients
- 200 g quark
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 6 tablespoon oil (germ oil)
- 75 grams sugar
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- Sweets (sugar pearls or smarties) to decorate

- This recipe is intended to make little pigs out of it, possibly for children`s birthdays or something similar. Most of the time, however, I only form small rolls out of it. Very quick and very tasty!
- Mix the quark, milk, germ oil and sugar well. Mix in half of the flour and baking powder, knead in the remaining flour.
- Sprinkle the table top with flour and roll out the dough. Cut out two round discs with a glass and make a third, smaller circle for the nose.
- Halve one of the large circles and press it diagonally against the head at the top. Press on the smaller circle as a nose.
- Bake: 20 minutes at 175 degrees. Depending on the desired tan and the thickness of the form. Mine usually need a bit shorter.
- You can then use sugar pearls or smarties as eyes and / or nostrils for the pigs.
