Ingredients

  • 5 pork fillet (s)
  • 400 g cheese (Gouda), in one piece
  • 25 slices bacon
  • 3 cups crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 cups cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 500 g jacket potato (s), boiled
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash pork fillets and score lengthways, about halfway through. Salt and pepper the meat. Cut the Gouda cheese into thick strips and place in the fillets, wrap each with 5 slices of bacon.
  2. Place the fillets in a dripping pan. Divide the jacket potatoes into large pieces (also with the skin) and distribute them between the fillets. Mix the crème fraîche, cream and crushed garlic and pour over the potatoes.
  3. Put everything into the preheated tube at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30-35 minutes.
  4. A light salad such as cucumber or carrot salad goes best with this.
