- 1 packet puff pastry (ideally rolled out from the refrigerated shelf)
- 2 egg (s)
- 300 g quark (e.. low-fat quark)
- 100 g ham, diced
- 1 packet creamed spinach, frozen
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 70 g cheese, rated

- Thaw the creamed spinach.
- Place the puff pastry in a quiche pan. To do this, you can leave the baking paper on, if necessary cut it to size and piece it together. Spread the ham cubes on the dough. Mix the eggs in a bowl with a whisk, stir in the quark, spinach, cheese and spices and pour everything into the pan. Bake at 200 ° C for 40-60 minutes. When the puff pastry turns dark, simply cover with aluminum foil.
- The quiche can be eaten warm with a salad as a main course or starter, is a hit at every party and also tastes cold the next day.
- For vegetarians, you can simply leave out the ham cubes or replace them with chopped carrots, peppers or canned corn. Calorie-conscious people also replace part of the cheese with vegetables and of course use low-fat quark.
