Ingredients

  • 600 g spinach leaves, fresh or thawed, if frozen
  • 250 g salmon, fresh or defrosted, if frozen
  • 250 g Gouda cheese, rated
  • 6 egg (s), size M
  • 100 g herder cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except for the herder cheese and the salmon, and season with the spices. Pour half of the mixture into a cake tin with a diameter of 24 or 26 cm, and place the diced salmon on top. Now pour the remaining mixture over the salmon layer and finally sprinkle the diced shepherd`s cheese over it.
  2. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for around 45 minutes.
  3. 3 g of carbohydrates per serving - 578 Kcal per serving.
