Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, low-fat quark and cheese in a bowl to a smooth mass and season with salt and pepper to taste. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In the meantime, place the dough in an angular baking dish lined with baking paper so that the base is thinly covered. You can also use a small baking sheet with a baking frame. Bake the dough in the oven on the middle rack for 20 minutes. If it bubbles up and is a little tanned, then it`s perfect.
  2. In the meantime, mix the cream cheese with the horseradish and season with salt, pepper and dill. Cut the hard-boiled egg into slices. Wash and dry the lettuce.
  3. Let the baked dough cool down a bit, then brush with the cream cheese cream. Place the lettuce on half of the batter and top with the smoked salmon and egg slices. Shape the dough into a roll using the parchment paper and cut through it once.
  4. The portion is enough for a good eater, otherwise just make 2 portions out of it.
  5. The filling is also completely variable: ham, cheese, mince, etc., many things are conceivable.
