- 250 g butter, soft
- 250 g flour, type 405
- 250 g cheese (rated cheese, e.. Emmentaler)
- 40 g parmesan, rated
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s), for brushing
- Caraway seeds, for sprinkling

- Knead all ingredients (except for the egg and caraway seeds) to a dough and then chill for about 30 minutes. Shape the cooled dough into sticks approx. 3 to 4 cm thick and divide into approx. 1 cm wide cookies, lay out on a greased baking sheet or baking paper and brush with the whisked egg. Sprinkle with caraway seeds as desired. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at approx. 200 ° C, until the cookies are lightly brown.
