Drain the pineapple pieces and puree with honey and basil in a blender until creamy.
Put the skyr in a bowl and mix carefully with the pineapple and basil puree. I use Skyr because it`s firmer than plain yogurt.
Fill the dessert cream into 2 suitable dessert vessels, decorate with a little basil and a pineapple piece. If you like, you can add toasted almond flakes. Chill until ready to eat.
