Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and cut into thin slices. Peel the pineapple, cut out the stalk and cut into similar sized slices. Mix the two together.
  2. Mix a sauce with the sweet chilli sauce, lemon juice or white wine vinegar, chopped parsley and a little olive oil and mix with the salad. Serve immediately.
  3. The salad dressing can be made according to taste and the amount can be measured according to the amount of cut ingredients. It can be a little thicker, since the cucumber and pineapple still give off juice and thin them out. In any case, it is important that the pineapple and cucumber are ripe and have a good taste of their own.
