- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 pineapple
- Chilli sauce, sweet
- Lemon juice or white wine vinegar
- Parsley, chopped

- Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and cut into thin slices. Peel the pineapple, cut out the stalk and cut into similar sized slices. Mix the two together.
- Mix a sauce with the sweet chilli sauce, lemon juice or white wine vinegar, chopped parsley and a little olive oil and mix with the salad. Serve immediately.
- The salad dressing can be made according to taste and the amount can be measured according to the amount of cut ingredients. It can be a little thicker, since the cucumber and pineapple still give off juice and thin them out. In any case, it is important that the pineapple and cucumber are ripe and have a good taste of their own.
