Fruit Salad “Pineapple”

Fruit salad is a great option to please yourself and your family, as well as decorate the festive table! This sweet salad with fruits and nuts is very simple and quick to prepare, and you will remember its delicate taste for a long time.

Ingredients
- Apple – 1 pc.
- Pear – 1 pc.
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Orange – 1 pc.
- Mandarins – 8 pcs.
- Kiwi – 1 pc.
- Walnuts – 50 g
- Raisins – 50 g
- Yogurt – 115 g
- Mint – 1 sprig
- Lemon (for a knife, optional)
Direction
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the salad. The knife must be rubbed periodically with lemon so that the fruit does not darken.
- Wash the apple, peel and seed, and then cut into small cubes.
- Peel the pear in the same way and cut into cubes.
- Peel kiwi. Cut the half into cubes, and leave the other half to decorate the dish.
- Peel the orange and cut into cubes. Peel bananas and cut into cubes. Chop the walnuts.
- Place prepared fruits, nuts and raisins in a salad bowl and pour over yogurt. Stir the salad thoroughly and place on a platter.
- Garnish the salad with tangerine slices, kiwi slices and mint. Serve the prepared salad to the table.
