Fruit Salad in Pineapple

Fruit salad in pineapple, with mild alcoholic dressing and caramelized pineapple.

Ingredients
- Small pineapple – 1 pc.
- Apple – 40 g
- Banana – 40 g
- Kiwi – 40 g
- Orange – 40 g
- Butter – 10-15 g
- Vegetable oil – 10-15 g
- Sugar – 30-40 g
- Whipped cream (for garnish) – to taste
- Vanilla caramel (Kotani, in the mill) – to taste
For refueling: - Baby cottage cheese – 50 g
- Creamy caramel liqueur – 1 tablespoon.
Directions
- Cut off the “tail” of the pineapple and choose 4 good leaves for decoration.
- Cut out the “cylinder” from the pineapple. This will be our salad form.
- Take cottage cheese for the sauce. Add liqueur to it to the desired consistency. It is not necessary to do it strongly a liquid so that it does not leak.
- Peel the fruit, cut it arbitrarily. Mix and place in a pineapple mold.
- Fry a few pieces of pineapple in a mixture of vegetable and butter, with the addition of 1.5 tablespoon. sugar (over high heat, about 2 minutes on each side).
- Season the fruit salad with the prepared sauce. Lay caramelized pineapple on top.
- Decorate the fruit salad with pineapple leaves and whipped cream. Sprinkle vanilla caramel on a plate and cream.
