First cut the meat and peppers into bite-sized pieces. Not too small, you have to stick them on skewers later. Drain the pineapple, catch the juice and cut the pulp into bite-sized pieces.
Now the marinade is made: Season Miracel Whip with curry, salt and pepper in a small bowl. I also season with some steak pepper.
If the marinade is too firm, add some water or who likes the pineapple juice. This is always the case with me, so I add about 3 tablespoons of water.
Now place the meat in the marinande and let it sit for about 20-30 minutes so that it permeates properly.
Then stick the pineapple, paprika and meat one after the other on kebab skewers.
Now put some carbonated water in a pan and fry the skewers in it until the meat is through and the pineapple is nice and crispy.
About 2 kebab skewers come out, which have a total of about 230 kcal.
Rice goes with it or you can save the remaining marinade and then serve baguette for dipping.
Tip: It also tastes good from the grill. Or in the less summery months it can also be eaten well with raclette.
