Ingredients

  • 100 g turkey breast fillet (s)
  • 2 slices pineapple, canned, lightly or not at all sugared
  • 50 g reen pepper (s)
  • 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip Balance, balance
  • Curry powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. First cut the meat and peppers into bite-sized pieces. Not too small, you have to stick them on skewers later. Drain the pineapple, catch the juice and cut the pulp into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Now the marinade is made: Season Miracel Whip with curry, salt and pepper in a small bowl. I also season with some steak pepper.
  3. If the marinade is too firm, add some water or who likes the pineapple juice. This is always the case with me, so I add about 3 tablespoons of water.
  4. Now place the meat in the marinande and let it sit for about 20-30 minutes so that it permeates properly.
  5. Then stick the pineapple, paprika and meat one after the other on kebab skewers.
  6. Now put some carbonated water in a pan and fry the skewers in it until the meat is through and the pineapple is nice and crispy.
  7. About 2 kebab skewers come out, which have a total of about 230 kcal.
  8. Rice goes with it or you can save the remaining marinade and then serve baguette for dipping.
  9. Tip: It also tastes good from the grill. Or in the less summery months it can also be eaten well with raclette.
