- Drain the pineapple, catching the juice.
- Remove some of it and stir in the pudding powder. Bring the remaining juice to the boil with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Pour the pineapple pieces into the jellied juice and fill into dessert glasses. Put in a cool place.
- Put the icing on the cake before serving and enjoy.
