Ingredients

• 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
• 500 ml milk
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• 1 can pineapple, approx. 400 g
• 500 g quark
• 200 g whipped cream
• Grated chocolate

Instructions

1. Prepare the custard according to the instructions on the packet. Let the pudding cool.
2. Drain the pineapple. Mix the quark with the cold pudding. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark pudding. Then add the pineapple pieces.
3. Pour the cream into small glass bowls, sprinkle with chocolate flakes and refrigerate until ready to eat.
