Ingredients
- 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
- 500 ml milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 can pineapple, approx. 400 g
- 500 g quark
- 200 g whipped cream
- Grated chocolate

- Prepare the custard according to the instructions on the packet. Let the pudding cool.
- Drain the pineapple. Mix the quark with the cold pudding. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark pudding. Then add the pineapple pieces.
- Pour the cream into small glass bowls, sprinkle with chocolate flakes and refrigerate until ready to eat.
