Ingredients
- 2 packs biscuit (s) (egg biscuits)
- 500 g mascarpone
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 packet coconut flakes

- Mix the mascarpone, sour cream and vanilla sugar to a smooth mass.
- Spread one cookie with the mixture and put another one on top, so that a burger is created. So continue with all cookies.
- Put the cream in a bowl and coconut flakes in another bowl. Dip the finished burgers in the cream and then roll them in coconut flakes. Let everything go well.
- Tip: It is best to prepare the day before consumption so that they are well absorbed.
