- 4 tablespoon cane sugar
- 4 tablespoon lime juice
- 12 ice cubes
- 600 ml lemonade (tonic water), chilled
- 4 slices lime (s)
- 4 mint leaves

- Wash the limes, dry them, cut each into eight wedges and cut them in half crosswise. Divide the lime pieces between four wide, low glasses. Sprinkle the sugar on top and mash everything with a pestle.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of lime juice per glass. Distribute the ice cubes between the glasses and pour over the tonic water. Serve garnished with lime slices and mint leaves.
