Ingredients
- 750 ml ice cream, vanilla
- 1 bottle juice (passion fruit-orange or passion-fruit-peach-orange)
- 1 bottle white wine
- 1 bottle sparkling wine
- Fruit (e.g. bananas, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries etc.)

- Cut any amount of fruit into bite-sized pieces and place in the punch bowl. Top up with juice and wine. Possibly Let it steep for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in the vanilla ice cream.
- When the ice has melted while stirring, carefully pour in the sparkling wine. The punch will be very frothy.
