- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 g natural yourt, 1.5% fat
- 500 g low-fat quark
- Milk, 1.5% fat
- Chocolate flakes, white

- Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Boil a pudding with the juice, vanilla sugar and pudding powder, let it cool, stir occasionally so that no skin forms and sweeten with sweetener to taste, then stir in the yoghurt.
- Puree the cherries (except for a handful to decorate) and, if necessary, sweeten them. Mix the quark with the cherry puree (up to approx. 8 tablespoon). If the quark is too firm for you, you can stir it creamier with a little milk.
- First fill quark, then pudding and again quark in small glass bowls. Finally, decorate with the 8 tablespoon puree, cherries and grated chocolate.

- Also tastes good with canned peaches.
