Instructions
Peel and chop the pineapple and weigh it.
Clean and chop the strawberries and weigh them.
Mix the sugar, citric acid, vanilla sugar and GELFIX. Add to the fruits and puree the fruits with the hand blender and then let the whole thing stand for about 2-3 hours.
Cook for approx. 3-4 minutes according to the instructions on the package.
Make a gelling test and fill into glasses.
