Instructions

  1. Pour the juice, prosecco and vanilla syrup in a tall saucepan. Stir in the preserving sugar and bring to the boil.
  2. Slightly remove the foam. After 3 - 4 minutes, make a gelling test, pour into jars and close.
  3. For me it resulted in about 13 small glasses (about 200 ml).
