- 1 liter grapefruit juice, (pink grapefruit juice)
- 1 bottle Prosecco
- 1 dash syrup, (vanilla syrup) or vanilla pod
- 1 ¼ kg preserving sugar, (2: )

- Pour the juice, prosecco and vanilla syrup in a tall saucepan. Stir in the preserving sugar and bring to the boil.
- Slightly remove the foam. After 3 - 4 minutes, make a gelling test, pour into jars and close.
- For me it resulted in about 13 small glasses (about 200 ml).
