- Let the jelly soak in 250ml cold water (5 min) and then add the sugar and dissolve it. Not cook!
- Mix the quark, yoghurt, honey and a little lemon juice and then add to the dissolved jelly mixture - carefully, little by little. Refrigerate.
- Puree the fruit and lemon juice. Refrigerate
- When the mixture begins to gel, whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully.
- Layer in cups and decorate with berries if necessary.
