Instructions

  1. Let the jelly soak in 250ml cold water (5 min) and then add the sugar and dissolve it. Not cook!
  2. Mix the quark, yoghurt, honey and a little lemon juice and then add to the dissolved jelly mixture - carefully, little by little. Refrigerate.
  3. Puree the fruit and lemon juice. Refrigerate
  4. When the mixture begins to gel, whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully.
  5. Layer in cups and decorate with berries if necessary.
