Shape the dough into a roll, cut into 1 cm long pieces and shape them into croissants. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and carefully press them down. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 10 - 12 minutes. Let cool down a little and dust with sifted powdered sugar / vanilla powdered sugar.
A recipe gives me 110 pieces. However, I bake very small croissants.
