Mix the water, yeast, salt and flour and knead well. Let rise for about 45 minutes.
Shape the dough into 10 round, flat, approx. 0.5 cm thick pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let rise for 5 minutes, then brush each roll with a little water and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Bake in the preheated oven at 225 ° C for about 10 minutes (until the pita breads have a nice color).
Serve immediately or put in a plastic bag (normal shopping bag) to store.
This goes well with beetroot salad, beef liver pate or hummus.
