Put the flour in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast and honey in 250 ml of lukewarm water, add to the flour and knead into a smooth dough. Let rise for about 10 minutes.
Then knead the olive oil and salt with the dough, cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Then divide the dough into approx. 6 pieces and form flat cakes from them. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and prick the flatbreads several times with a fork. Brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds and cumin.
