Chop the mushrooms and peppers and possibly the hot peppers into small pieces. Also dice the cheese, salami and ham. Mix all ingredients and the sausage meat well in a mixing bowl, then place it in a terrine, Jena bowl or similar and bake in the oven at approx. 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) for 1-1.5 hours. I usually put a lid on it and leave it off after about 50 minutes. Then it will be nice and crispy. After baking, let it rest for about 10 minutes. Serve on a large cutting board or platter.

Rolls (bread rolls) or potato salad and of course a cold beer with it.
