Ingredients
- g 1,000 sausae meat, (meat loaf)
- 1 bell pepper (s), red or yellow, possibly also from the glass
- 1 can mushrooms, or fresh
- 180 g cheese, (Emmentaler)
- 80 g salami
- 2 slices cooked ham
- possibly hot peppers, hot and / or chilli flakes
- 2 teaspoons spice mix, (pizza seasoning)

- Chop the mushrooms and peppers and possibly the hot peppers into small pieces. Also dice the cheese, salami and ham. Mix all ingredients and the sausage meat well in a mixing bowl, then place it in a terrine, Jena bowl or similar and bake in the oven at approx. 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) for 1-1.5 hours. I usually put a lid on it and leave it off after about 50 minutes. Then it will be nice and crispy. After baking, let it rest for about 10 minutes. Serve on a large cutting board or platter.
